| 8:00 pm | Arrival at Community Civic Center parking lot |
We have arranged for a charter bus to transport the singers in an effort to minimize transportation problems. The USMMA Parent's Association is helping us pay for this. We are asking each singer to pay $2 to offset the balance (cheaper than the gas it would take to make the trip in a car, AND no parent/guardian has to worry about transporting their singer!) Singers may bring this payment to rehearsal or on the day of the event.
This is a required performance that was listed on the original calendar (distributed at Fall Registration). Because we had a choice of bus capacity that was to be made by February 5, (with a difference in price), Don was to be notified if you would not be participating in this event (dester@bsu.edu or 759.9354).
Please remember to put this on your calendar if you have not done so already!
Reporting Absences
This is a reminder that if your singer(s) will not be at rehearsal you are to contact Billie Stewart by phone or email. There have been a large amount of absences since starting up in January and many of these have NOT been reported to Billie. You may contact Billie by phone (289.7742) or email BLS0527@hotmail.com. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
January Billing Statements
In January, you may have received billing statements from our Treasurer, Keith Greenwalt, that reflected what you owed for last semester's tuition and/or for greenery sales (donation or sales). Please try to pay this money ASAP to Joyce Horst. Checks are made payable to "White River Youth Choir" Your singer(s) may give me the check when they come to rehearsal or mail it to: 3800 West University Ave., Muncie 47304. Thank you for your promptness in this matter.
